Order, Delivery and Return
Thank you for shopping with MOU AND YE. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Order:

First, an order confirmation email is sent to the customer. Shipment will not be made until an order confirmation email is sent. The product will be shipped our from our warehouse within 2 working days ( no orders will ship out on Saturday/Sunday).

Any disruption in the process or problems that may arise with the credit card will be notified to the buyer by phone or email. Processing time of orders is not the moment the order is placed, but the moment when the necessary collection is made from the credit card account to have reached the seller's account.

Delivery:

Upon completion of payment, the order will be fulfilled within 2 business days, and delivery will take between 4-5 business days.
